Invoices will be included along with the contents of your order. Our privacy policy does not protect those placing orders using stolen or unauthorized credit cards.   • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, RoadWarriorsAZ LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Typically we process and ship orders within two (2) business days.( Larger orders may take a bit longer) In the event an item is on back order from the manufacturer ,We will contact you and you can tell us whether you want the order shipped complete or partial. We ship with United States Postal Service only (USPS) It takes 1 to 7 days for US orders to arrive after shipping. (the average shipping time in the U.S. is about 3 days according to USPS) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND. Orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be verified over the phone prior to shipping. Failure to provide a contact number may result in the cancellation of your order.

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping), 16 to 30 days for store credit. We do not accept returns on products that have been used or no longer appear to be in the condition they were when shipped out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we've made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
